Journeys

If you feel like you're stuck in your faith, this twelve-week journey is an invitation to stop trying to figure it out on your own, try harder, or do more. Instead of giving you more religious information, you and a friend will talk about how God designed us to live. This journey is based on my doctoral research at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. By the end of it, I hope that you and your friends will want to imitate Christ together.

We often think Jonah is about a giant whale. Over four weeks, you and a friend (or a small group) will be invited to wrestle with the adult version of this famous story. Each study takes about ten minutes, invites you to connect with God, and ends with questions worth texting a friend.

John opens his Gospel with an invitation: look at Jesus. In five days, discover who Jesus is with a friend. By the end, you'll understand what it means that Jesus is the eternal Word, the true Light, and the Lamb of God. It's why John the Baptist couldn't stop pointing others toward him.
